HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?
All you have to do is simply click "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address.
You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
If you have an account that is not being recognised or you are still having difficulties logging in or resetting your password, please call us at 0345 504 0461.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION?
Please contact our customer care department at 0345 504 0461 or info_uk@imageskincare.com and we will be happy to update your account information.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Your tracking number will be sent once your order has despatched.
For all orders placed online, you can log in to your account, select the order, and the tracking number will be available to view as soon as the order ships.
CAN I ADD AN ITEM TO AN ORDER I HAVE ALREADY PLACED?
Once orders are placed it is automatically sent to our 3rd party Distribution Centre to ensure you receive your delivery as quick as possible.
We are not able to add additional items to processed orders. Another order will need to be made.
HOW DO I FIND MY INVOICE?
Your final invoice is emailed to you within 30 days of your order being placed.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders cannot be cancelled after being placed as they will have transferred to our 3rd party Distribution Centre.
If you are unable to receive your order or would like to request to return the order you placed, please call our customer care team on 0345 504 0461.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS?
Standard delivery usually within 3 working days between 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday.
£9.95 + vat for order under £249 ex vat
£6.95 + vat for orders under £499 ex vat
